For more than three decades, I’ve supported leaders in navigating leadership, communication, and human connection with greater intention and authenticity. My work is devoted to helping high-achieving women—especially Black women and women of color—reconnect with themselves while leading with clarity, confidence, and grounded presence.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the honor of partnering with leaders across organizations including Apple, NBC Universal, Universal Music Group (UMG), Uber, and DC Public Schools—supporting the cultivation of workplace cultures rooted in authenticity, intentional communication, and sustainable leadership.

As a certified Transformational Life Coach specializing in leadership wholeness and voice reclamation, I guide women in releasing burnout, strengthening self-trust, and leading from alignment rather than survival. Through mindfulness, emotional regulation, and personalized leadership practices, we cultivate sustainable ways of leading that honor both personal well-being and professional impact.
